Robert Garcia is the Executive Director, Counsel, and founder of The City Project, a non-profit legal and policy advocacy organization based in Los Angeles, California. Mr. Garcia will discuss how a person’s health is determined more by where they live, the color of their skin, and how much money they make than by individual behavior, or the amount of money spent on health care. He will discuss the risks children of color face living in communities that are park poor and income poor. *Raffle prizes! Must be present to win.
