Community Health Councils, the 26th Senate Empowerment Congress, and The City Project have submitted public comments on the scope of the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Baldwin Hills Community Standards District (CSD). We have come together to engage, educate, and empower the community in examining the impact of oil drilling and operations on public health, housing, parks, habitat, businesses, air, and water.
