The Public Policy Program convenes a daylong series of training sessions designed for planning commissioners from local jurisdictions across the state of California. The sessions provide useful tools to assist commissioners in preparing for planning commission meetings so that they have a better understanding of agenda items. Pertinent and timely information is offered by field experts to support commissioners’ efforts to make informed decisions, giving them the opportunity to discuss matters of interest with other commissioners from cities across California. Enrollment limited.
