Celebrate Earth Day at Panhe in San Onofre State Beach April 20, 2008

The California Coastal Commission voted 8-2 to stop the toll road on February 6, 2008. The struggle never ends. The toll road agency has appealed to the United States Department of Commerce. United Coalition to Protect Panhe and The City Project are working with a diverse and growing alliance to save Panhe and San Onofre and stop the toll road.
